Comme \u00e0 chaque fois depuis pr\u00e8s de 30 ans, je retrouve certains pratiquants le matin au Hombu dojo de Tokyo au cours du Doshu (6h 30 \u2013 7h 30). Ils ne semblent pas se poser de questions. C&#8217;est la pratique pour la pratique, l&#8217;A\u00efkido pour l&#8217;A\u00efkido.<\/p><p>Pour nous occidentaux qui nous posons de nombreuses -trop nombreuses- questions, il est bon de rappeler qu&#8217;au travers d&#8217;une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re c&#8217;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une attitude qu&#8217;il faut chercher \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper.<\/p><p>Au niveau du mental, cette attitude peut s&#8217;exprimer par la notion de d\u00e9tachement, de l\u00e2cher prise.<\/p><p>Il faut essayer d&#8217;arr\u00eater un peu de vouloir faire, vouloir contr\u00f4ler, vouloir imposer.<\/p><p>Donc apprendre \u00e0 accepter, y compris l&#8217;attaque du partenaire. L&#8217;esquive et le mouvement qui suivent deviennent alors plus naturels, quasi spontan\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Apprendre simplement \u00e0 avoir confiance en soi, en son devenir. D&#8217;un point de vue religieux, ce serait se souvenir \u00ab que tout est \u00e9crit \u00bb.<\/p><p>Au niveau physique, cette attitude r\u00e9side dans la d\u00e9contraction, le rel\u00e2chement, avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s le mouvement.<\/p><p>Le rel\u00e2chement, c&#8217;est aussi la conscience de son centre -le hara- , du poids de chaque partie du corps, de l&#8217;absence de crispations parasites, de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie parfaite des gestes.<\/p><p>Les 2 facettes de cette attitude sont totalement li\u00e9es; pas de relaxation ou de d\u00e9contraction physique sans d\u00e9tachement. Pas de l\u00e2cher prise au niveau du mental avec un corps crisp\u00e9.<\/p><p>D\u00e9velopper cette attitude, cette fa\u00e7on d&#8217;\u00eatre, n&#8217;est pas ais\u00e9 au seul niveau des id\u00e9es, des concepts. Seule la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re am\u00e8ne tr\u00e8s lentement le pratiquant sur cette voie dans laquelle se r\u00e9v\u00e8le petit \u00e0 petit la premi\u00e8re vertu de notre discipline: devenir plus disponible, plus ouvert.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le d\u00e9tachement et la relaxation De retour de mon voyage du Japon depuis hier.
